Shirley Graham
 

      Shirley Graham worked in the Tax Office for 16 years before becoming the Taylor County Tax Commissioner in October of 2005. Mrs. Graham is a life long resident of Taylor County. The office of Tax Commissioner has the duty of billing and collecting property tax, mobile home tax, timber tax, and recording intangible tax. Mrs. Graham also processes car titles, collects advalorem tax, and issues tags for all Taylor County residents. She is responsible for disbursing state, county, and school funds on a weekly and monthly basis.
